Inclusive cultures need equity.
Our clients want to attract and retain the very best talent.
They know that one of the keys to a successful, flexible business is diversity of thought. If their employees are from diverse backgrounds, if they have differing perspectives, and unique skills, they can consciously create an inclusive culture in which everyone can thrive.

“The level of service which Spktral provide is second to none. Their approach at capturing the relevant data and identifying data anomalies is very robust and efficient. We encountered no issues in navigating our way around the innovative online portal, which allows the user to test different scenarios…
They were able to identify the areas of the business with the largest representational gaps, explain them and offer possible remedies.
Spktral has been a great addition to our pay gap reporting team, and we are thrilled to have them on board. They have uncovered new themes and transitioned the way in which our organisation approach this work.
I have already recommended your service to former reward colleagues who contacted Spktral and who are now utilising their service.”
