Spktral are so pleased to welcome Dianne Greyson to the team as Non-Executive Director and Strategy Consultant.
Dianne brings with her a wealth of knowledge on the Ethnicity Pay Gap as the Founder of the #EthnicityPayGap Campaign, which raises awareness of issues relating to the Ethnicity Pay Gap and encourages the government to make Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting mandatory. Dianne is also Managing Partner of Synergised Solutions and Director of Equilibrium Mediation Consulting. She brings with her extensive experience of ED&I practices, principles and programme design.
Dianne is strongly committed to making a difference to the lives of those who have been treated unfairly. Her clients value her drive, passion and her supportive approach to reaching their strategic goals.
Currently, Dianne is: Board Committee Member for Equal Pay Alliance, Steering Committee Member for Share Action, Advisory Board Member for Society of Emotional Intelligence UK and Europe, and Board Member for Patient Participation Group, Nelson Medical Centre.
She has been invited to parliament and published in the media many times to discuss Ethnicity Pay Gap issues.
