Today we launch a campaign to ‘Reset the Timeline on Gender Pay Gap analysis and reporting’. We want to speed up progress on closing the #GenderPayGap and are asking those in scope of the Gender Pay Gap reporting legislation to do it sooner, do it better, and do more.
The pandemic is having a disproportionate impact on women and the spotlight is back on Gender Pay Gap reporting. With all this attention, we thought it was time to question the purpose and value of reporting your gender pay gap to the Government.
