Spktral is the result of a challenging back story and the perseverance and determination of its founders to do something about what has become an increasingly important social and business issue: diversity, inclusion and equality.
Motivated by individual personal experiences, our purpose is to help organisations understand and address this complex issue through the application of technology, data and measurement.
While our starting point is gender pay gap reporting, the help and support we provide goes beyond that to deliver meaningful, sustainable change. We help organisations understand their data and prepare actionable and measurable plans to fully embrace the benefits of diversity, equality and inclusion – and help to communicate these to key stakeholders including employees, customers and investors.

Denise helps organisations create the commercial and people operating systems required to optimise business performance by focusing on resources, investment, data, customer and technology.
